Selected work
Copy projects for banking, telecoms, rewards and financial-services brands — where the words had to make complex ideas easier to understand and act on.
I’ve worked on English copy for familiar brands and digital teams in Africa and Europe. These examples show the kind of problems I help solve: unclear journeys, overworked campaign messages, technical product details and customer-facing copy that needs to work harder.

Money talk made human
Social campaign copy for a financial-services platform, helping a sensitive message about women, money and ambition feel direct, useful and real.
Benefits made obvious
Rewards copy for a banking-linked loyalty programme, making customer value, actions and earning benefits easier to understand.
A quick note: Some links show public brand or campaign context rather than the exact internal copy I worked on.

About Antonia
An experienced word person for messy middle moments.
I’m a South African-born, Amsterdam-based, native English copywriter and UX writer for European teams. I help where products are real and the thinking is solid, but the words have become too heavy, vague, or robotic.
I started my career in advertising and then I specialised in UX copy, digital banking journeys, and AI-assisted content cleanup.
As a person with a short attention span, I enjoy the focus on making the complex easy to understand, trust, and act on.
Hello!
A short intro to who I am, how I work and why I care about making English simpler, sharper and easier to use.
Send me the rough draft, the awkward page, the confusing flow, the campaign idea, the AI output or the words that feel almost right but not quite there.
I’ll help you work out what needs to be said, what can be removed and what the copy needs to do next.
